The Treasure Hill Artist Village in The Urban City

POSAMO team and students of Feng Chia University went to investigate the site of Longtan Aspire Park besides, they paid a visit to Treasure Hill Artist Village and Daxi Tea Factory which are closely linked to natural environment. With this experience, they hope students can understand the art creations and behavior patterns, observe the possibilities of development of experimental spatial patterns and ponder over the relationship between settlements and environment which can make students have more grasp on the scale of residential space, deal profoundly with the details of architectural construction, enhance the integration capabilities of multi-functions and respond to the environment allocation policy and issues of environment engagement.
POSAMO 十邑設計 與逢甲大學學生前往龍潭渴望園區勘查基地環境以外，此行並一同探訪與土地緊密連結的寶藏巖聚落及大溪老茶廠。希望藉此經驗，學生們能了解藝術創作與行為模式，以及觀察實驗空間型態發展的可能性，並思考聚落及環境的關係；以達學生對於住宅空間尺度的掌握，深入探討建築細部構造，並增進複合式機能的整合能力，回應聚落與環境的配置策略和社區營造的議題。

The stacked buildings like the cells arranging closely in order become the Treasure Hill Artist Village coexisting with environment. Taipei first historical settlement Treasure Hill Artist Village is brought to the community through the concept of “symbiotic settlements.” This place has become a communication platform among local residents, artist-in-residency and tourists through all kinds of exhibitions, cultural and creative marketplaces and creative activities, activating local cultural exchange.
一棟棟個體建築互相堆疊堆砌，如同細胞般地延伸共構，成為與環境共生的寶藏巖聚落。台北市第一處聚落型態之歷史建築，寶藏巖國際藝術村以「聚落共生」的概念帶入社區，成為當地居民、駐村藝術家及外來度假遊客之間的溝通平台，透過各式展演、文創市集及藝術創作活動，活絡在地文化交流。

Hiding in the mountain of Daxi Cihu, Daxi Tea Factory is a green building blending the Taiwanese, Japanese and English styles together. From the design of “feel nature” and the understated fresh design of local environment, the designer tries to convey the temperature of this old building to the visitors through the silent breath and light.
隱身台灣大溪慈湖山上的靜謐小巷，融合台、日、英式風格的綠建築─大溪老茶廠，從「感受自然」開始設計，順勢在地環境進行低調清新的設計，試圖以建築的無聲氣息與光影，將老宅溫度傳遞給來訪的旅人。
